Jeffrey Parker   JEFFREY PARKER
Jeffrey Parker is the co-founder of ATAC and has managed the company since inception. He was instrumental in laying the foundation for the growth of outsourced tactical airborne services to the US military, enabling the Department of Defense's air forces to save millions of taxpayer dollars while both increasing combat capability, and simultaneously extending fighter fleet service life. As a result of his vision and leadership, ATAC is the industry leader, executing more than the equivalent of an Air Force fighter squadron's yearly flying hour program, employing a composite wing's equivalent variety of aircraft, and spanning greater than a major military command's geographic area of responsibility.

Scott Stacy   SCOTT STACY
Scott "Brillo" Stacy is a retired Colonel with over 24 years of service with the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and Air National Guard. A Command pilot with over 4,000 hours, he is a Graduate of the USAF Fighter Weapons Instructor Course and recipient of the USAF Francis Gabreski Award and Dadaelian Outstanding Fighter Pilot award. In addition to operational experience he served with the 422 Test and Evaluation Squadron as a pilot and program manager, and was a USAF Fighter Weapons School F-15 Instructor Pilot. Following the Weapons School he served as both a Squadron and Wing Weapons Officer with the 325th Fighter Wing, and then worked on the Air Combat Command (ACC) staff in ACC Special Projects responsible for F-15 requirements as well as several Special Access Programs to include F-22 and F-35 operational issues.

Jeff Stewart   JEFF STEWART
Mr. Stewart joined ATAC in 2010 as Director of Finance and Controller. He has a strong background based on formal education and a progressive 14-year career in the financial management field with several prominent organizations. Prior to joining ATAC, Mr. Stewart spent 4 years with ITT Corporation, a top 10 Defense Contractor in New York in various roles with his last being Business Area Director of Finance responsible for five locations across the U.S..

Mark Hubbard   MARK HUBBARD
Mark "Mutha" Hubbard is a retired Captain with 28 years of service with the U.S. Navy. A combat veteran with over 5000 tactical flight hours, 5 carrier deployments, over 700 arrested landings, and has over 4000 hours in all Type Models of the FA-18 Hornet. Mutha was the former Commodore of Strike Fighter Wing Pacific Commodore and Commanding Officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 151 where he led the first coalition strikes of Operation Iraqi Freedom into Iraqi on March 21, 2003. Mutha began his Naval career with VA-52 flying the venerable A6E Intruder, LSO cross-trained in F-14 Tomcat with VF-124, and later transitioned to FA-18 Hornets with VMFAT-101 where he served as an Instructor and Fleet Replacement Squadron Landing Signals Officer. He completed operational tours with VMFA-314, CAG Paddles tour with Carrier Air Wing Eleven, and a Department Head tour with VFA-115.

John Zentner   JOHN ZENTNER
Director of Business Development
John "JJ" Zentner is a retired Colonel with 23 years of service in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and over 2500 flight hours as a Weapon Systems Officer (WSO), primarily in the F-15E Strike Eagle. He is a Graduate of both the USAF F-15E Weapons Instructor Course and the USAF School of Advanced Airpower Studies (SAAS). Mr. Zentner's operational flying background includes assignment to units in U.S. Air Forces Europe (USAFE), Air Combat Command (ACC) and Pacific Air Forces (PACAF). His combat and combat support experience includes Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Provide Comfort II, Southern Watch and Iraqi Freedom.

Director of Maintenance
Dennis "Chim-Chim" Rieke is a retired Navy Commander with over 23 years of service as a Naval Aviator and later, a NASA Research Test Pilot before joining ATAC. He has accumulated over 4,000 flight hours in various Tactical and Test Aircraft and is a graduate of the United States Navy TOPGUN Adversary Course. His operational experience includes multiple Aircraft Carrier deployments and combat operations flying the F-14A in support of Operations Deny Flight over Bosnia-Herzegovina and Southern watch over Iraq. His Adversary Instructor experience includes tours in four separate Navy Adversary Squadrons with extensive flight time in both the F-5N and FA-18A. As a NASA Research Test Pilot he was responsible for aircraft modifications, test flights and Airworthiness Certifications and was the Chief of Maintenance for the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Aircraft Office, accountable for seven unique and heavily modified type and model of aircraft.

Ronald Waltman   RONALD WALTMAN
Director of Quality Control
Ron Waltman is a retired United States Army Sergeant Major with 24 years of service in Army Aviation. He has been employed with ATAC since 2013. Ron offers a diverse background from serving in positions from line mechanic and progressing to Sergeant Major with assignments crossing multiple airframes to include the UH-60A/L/M, CH-47D/F, AH-64A/D, UH-1, OH-58, and the AH-1S. These assignments included multiple contingency operations in Panama, Iraq, and additional overseas locations. Ron served with the 3d Infantry Division's 3d Combat Aviation Brigade (3d CAB) where he was responsible for the division's Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Company supporting 110 aircraft in a forward deployed direct combat role.

Richard Zins   RICHARD ZINS
Director of West Coast Operations
Rich "Miggs" Zins is ATAC's Director of Business Development and has been with ATAC since 2011. A retired Naval Aviator with over 21 years of active duty service, Miggs has over 5000 tactical flight hours and 1100 arrested landings, mostly in the F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet. Mr. Zins commanded Strike Fighter Squadron Eighty Seven and directed the Navy's F/A-18 Integrated Test Team at Patuxent River, MD. He made 4 combat cruises with VFA-87, VFA-151 and CVW-2 staff, with shore tours at VX-23 as an F/A-18 and T-45 Experimental Test Pilot.

Director of Aircraft Acquisition
Rich Musselman is a retired United States Air Force, Chief Master Sergeant with 24 years of service and has been associated with the ATAC Maintenance Team since 2003. A distinguished graduate of the Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, recipient of the Tactical Air Command Maintenance Professional of the Year and Pacific Air Force Maintenance Professional of the Year. His career spanned across three major commands in support of the maintenance efforts of A – E models of the F-15 Fighting Eagle and culminated as the Chief Enlisted Manager of the 94th Fighter Squadron, Langley AFB. He has supported numerous contingencies to include Operations Desert Storm, Southern, and Northern Watch in which he deployed on five separate occasions with four different fighter squadrons while stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, Kadena AB, Japan and Langley AFB, VA. Rich has a degree in Aerospace Technology and graduated with distinction from all enlisted levels of Air Force Professional Military Education courses.
Matt Bannon   MATT BANNON
Director of Marketing
Matt "Race" Bannon is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with over 22 years of service with the U.S. Navy (USN) and U.S. Air Force (USAF) combined. A Command Pilot with over 6,000 flight hours across a multitude of aircraft from the Navy and Air Force, he is a Graduate of the USN TOPGUN Adversary Course. His operational tours include multiple deployments flying F-14A aircraft in VF-33 from the USS America supporting Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm flying over 30 combat missions. He was the Chief of Standardization for the VF-101, the F-14 Fleet Replacement Squadron flying F-14A, F-14B and T-34C aircraft. He later returned to fly the F-14D in VF-213 supporting Southern Watch from the deck of the USS Kitty Hawk accruing over 500 total carrier arrested landings and over 2,500 hours in the F-14 Tomcat.
