John Zentner   JOHN ZENTNER
Director of Business Development
John "JJ" Zentner is a retired Colonel with 23 years of service in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and over 2500 flight hours as a Weapon Systems Officer (WSO), primarily in the F-15E Strike Eagle. He is a Graduate of both the USAF F-15E Weapons Instructor Course and the USAF School of Advanced Airpower Studies (SAAS). Mr. Zentner's operational flying background includes assignment to units in U.S. Air Forces Europe (USAFE), Air Combat Command (ACC) and Pacific Air Forces (PACAF). His combat and combat support experience includes Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Provide Comfort II, Southern Watch and Iraqi Freedom.

Director of Maintenance
Greg Guilfoyle is a retired E-9 Master Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy with over 28 years of service involving 9 separate operational deployments aboard 5 different U.S. Navy Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carriers during his Career. Greg has an incredibly diverse Aviation Maintenance background with experience that includes Maintenance Material Control Master Chief for Strike Fighter Squadron Eighty-Seven "War Party", Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Chief of Naval Air Technical Training Unit at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia and the Weapons Department Master Chief on Board the U.S. Navy Nuclear Aircraft Carrier, USS George H. W. Bush.

Ronald Waltman   RONALD WALTMAN
Director of Quality Control
Ron Waltman is a retired United States Army Sergeant Major with 24 years of service in Army Aviation. He has been employed with ATAC since 2013. Ron offers a diverse background from serving in positions from line mechanic and progressing to Sergeant Major with assignments crossing multiple airframes to include the UH-60A/L/M, CH-47D/F, AH-64A/D, UH-1, OH-58, and the AH-1S. These assignments included multiple contingency operations in Panama, Iraq, and additional overseas locations. Ron served with the 3d Infantry Division's 3d Combat Aviation Brigade (3d CAB) where he was responsible for the division's Aviation Intermediate Maintenance Company supporting 110 aircraft in a forward deployed direct combat role.

Lemar Graham Jr.   LEMAR GRAHAM JR
Director of Finance
Mr. Graham joined ATAC in 2017 as Director of Finance. He has over 20 years of diverse managerial accounting and financial analysis expertise in logistics, asset management, transportation and manufacturing environments. Prior to joining ATAC, Mr. Graham spent 10 years with three Textron Systems operating units serving as Director of Finance for Advanced Information and Geospatial Solutions, Director of Finance for Logistics and Technical Services and Senior Financial Analyst for AAI Services. Pre-Textron experience includes serving in a variety of accounting and finance positions with Bombardier Capital Rail, CSX Transportation, and Wellman, Incorporated. Mr. Graham earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1990 and Masters of Business Administration in 1994 from Francis Marion University.
Dave Dober   DAVE DOBER
Chief of Staff
Dave Dober is a retired Navy Captain with over 26 years of service. A naval aviator with over 3,500 flight hours and 880 arrested landings during 6 extended overseas aircraft carrier deployments flying the F/A-18C Hornet and the A-7E Corsair II. He is a US Naval Academy graduate with a B.S. in Physics, M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and is a graduate of the Navy Nuclear Power School. Active duty tours include: second in command of a nuclear powered aircraft carrier, Commanding Officer of two different F/A-18 squadrons, Operations Research Systems Analyst on the Secretary of Defense Staff, and Naval Air Systems Command product lead for software development and fiber optic network component sizing and installation on aircraft carriers. Civilian career includes: Business Development Manager at Raytheon and GS-15 civil service managing Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier Requirements on the OPNAV staff. Dobes arrives at ATAC after managing the repair and overhaul effort for all aircraft engines supporting the USAF KC-10 aerial tanker fleet for Chromalloy for the past 6+ years.
Charles Smith   CHARLES SMITH
Director of West Coast Operations
Charles "Chunx" Smith is a retired Commander with 23 years of service in the U.S. Navy, where the FA-18 Hornet was his primary platform. He performed two tours as a TOPGUN instructor, plus an exchange tour as an F-16 instructor at the U.S. Air Force Weapons School. As a result, Chunx is one of the few Patch Wearers of both Fighter Weapons Schools. He has applied this unique expertise in joint tactics, training, and threat replication at ATAC since July of 2017. Chunx has over 450 combat flight hours, during Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM, where he employed over 25,000 pounds of ordnance in Iraq and Afghanistan. With over 3800 strike fighter hours, Chunx has flown all models of FA-18, as well as blocks 15, 42, and 52 of the F-16.
James Reed   JAMES REED
Director of East Coast Operations
James "Sleepy" Reed joined the ATAC team in January 2008. He has taken a lead role in helping to develop new business opportunities with the US Marine Corps as well as helping in the expansion of ATAC Air-to-ground training capability areas. Since earning his wings of gold as a USMC Naval Aviator in 1989, he has accumulated more than 2,700 flight hours during 21 years of flying high performance jet aircraft with over 2400 hours in the FA-18A-D while deploying onboard an Aircraft Carrier (USS Theodore Roosevelt) and land based operations in support of numerous tours overseas, to include Operations Deny Flight, Southern Watch, and Iraqi Freedom.
